1. Get spinal checkups regularly. It is very important to always keep your spine aligned. This can ensure the proper functioning of your neck and back, specifically the upper region. 6. Do not put pressure on your neck. For example, while using the telephone, do not use your neck and shoulders to hold it while you talk.
